The Problematic World of Lou!

11 February 2010

The Problematic World of Lou just had it's premiere screening! yay!

It was screened as part of my new office warming party - Gertrude St abode! The house was packed and it was literally the hottest screening in town. (i'm serious, dripping sweat level). But it was a success and people actually laughed ;)

We're still in post production, doing post sound and grading...but thought i'd post the rough cut here for you to check out.

Falls TV! Done!

29 January 2010

Well back from Falls TV 09 and it was a smashing success! Thanks to all 45 crew who were devoted to an insanely ambitious project that we managed to pull off.

Falls TV ran all the visuals for the 3 day Falls Festival at Lorne. It included live band coverage, live band interviews, VJ performance tailored to each of the bands, audience interaction through text message and video and a TV show playing 20 mins worth of episodes each night - produced on site. Yes, epic.

Here's some of the videos that were made on site....more to come :)

Falls TV!

19 December 2009

Just as everybody gets their beer drinking, laying-low-christmas vibes on Falls TV heating up (hmmmm damn). I'm directing and producing Falls TV for the Falls Festival again - this time it's even bigger and maybe even more fun!! Definitely more crazy :) Logo by Miss Courtney Kim.

Falls TV is everything video and media at the Falls Festival broadcasting on the 29th, 30th and 31st- superscreens, live band coverage, VJ’s, and a television show produced on site. We’ve got over 40 crew creating unique content for stage, screen and online and documenting the happenings of the Lorne Falls Festival. I’ll definitely be posting some here come January so check back to see what we come up with!

And next door is a rough cut of the Falls TV intro sequence. Directed and edited by me, shot by Dan Murphy. Music by the Parking Lot Experiments. thanks to Georgia and the smoko crew.
